IPU320 Inline Profiling Unit<\/h2>\n

The increasing demand on enamelled rectangular copper wires are causing manufacturers to rethink production. In order to avoid even the smallest wire damage caused by winding and unwinding systems, inline production is increasingly becoming the focus of enamelled wire manufacturers.<\/p>\n

Plug & Play<\/h4>\n

Due to its small size of 2m x 2m, the IPU320 can easily be integrated into any wire enamelling line. No interface or control integration is required, as the inline profiling unit is supplied with an autonomous control system. Rolling<\/h4>\n

The IPU320 provides a rolling force of up to 112 kN and thus, can roll rectangular copper wires with a thickness\/width ratio of 1:1 to 1:8.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2551″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Drawing<\/h4>\n

With the help of polycrystalline diamond drawing dies, the wire is calibrated in the process so that the required tolerances and radii are easily maintained.<\/p>\n

Due to the process speed, which is specified by the enamelling line, the lubricant film break-off at the edges, which is known in the drawing process, does not take place.
